What have you tried to solve the problem?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I followed your insx from last night. I want my money back if this isn't corrected.
Expert:  Sudipto replied 2 months ago.

Did you try to reset the drum counter?

OK, did it even work for one time, after you reset the drum counter? as you have given me rating after 10 mins of posting my answer, I thought that the reset process worked for you.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I thought it did, too -- but today, it's back to "replace drum", even though I reuse your insx. What more can I do?
Expert:  Sudipto replied 2 months ago.

Ok, so the error message came back today when you try to use the drum, are you using genuine Brother parts?
