JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: 7612 hp officejet
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: dell i was just making copies off paper
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just when i put in the new inc

I'm sorry about the issue. Is there any error or message when printing?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?

its the printer the glass or any thing else all i did was put in new inc and its not come out black or the other colors is fad
