Changing the WiFi passphrase can do that - it can 'cut off' the connection of a printer that was formerly working.

I suggest that you re-connect the printer to your WiFi, using the new WiFi passphrase or 'password'.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I have tried that and it's not working.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 12 days ago.

But, does the Samsung printer connect to the WiFi, at least?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
No, I had tried with the USB as it states to do, but neither is working.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 12 days ago.

Then have you tried

1. Turning Off the printer, then uninstalling the printer's driver from the computer

2. restarting the computer

3. and downloading the Samsung printer's driver afresh, and reinstalling it ?

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I have tried turning off the printer, I can do it again, but that did not work...

I do not have a CD rom, so where can I get the drivers to re-install them?
Expert:  Russell H. replied 12 days ago.

The drivers for your Samsung printer...

...are here:

http://www.samsung.com/us/business/support/owners/product/SL-C1860FW/XAA

- scroll down a little, click on 'Manuals and Downloads', then go to the right where a printer driver is listed, and download and install that.

Customer: replied 12 days ago.
I am doing the install and I am get the message that "it can"t connect to the printer wirelessly" the same message as before re-installing did not work!!

Well, you changed the WiFi passphrase on the Wireless network.

So you need to register that different WiFi passphrase, on the printer, and get it to connect that way, with the new passphrase. It must do that, before you will be able to get it to print via WiFi.
