i want to print but when I push the print button it thinks i want to send a fax and fax information page comes up.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: WF-2760 I purchase a few months ago from Best Buy
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I'm sorry about the issue. Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?

When printing, at the print dialog window, can you select theyour Epson printer name, without the Fax part?
