I have Canoscan 9000f and MacBook Pro.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: when I scan I get a picture on my laptop screen, but I cannot do anything with it, How do I transfer to pages, word or keynote?
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: os 10.12.5 on mmacbookpro.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had not used my scanner for a long time, but now I need to scan.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: I have a wireless HP all-in-one, with which I can scan but I think that I can get better images with the Canon scanner!
