Customer Question

I Keep Getting Ink Absorber Near Full. I Cleaned The Absorbers. I Don't Know How To Reset Printer Model PIXMA MP480. Can You Help. Thanks
JA: Can you guesstimate how old the Pixma is? And has this happened before?
Customer: I'm Guessing Maybe 5 Years. It Just Started 2 Weeks Ago. I Didn't Even Know There Was Such A Thing. You Tube Videos Showed Me Where They Were.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Acer Pc Running Win 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It Started 2 Weeks Ago. Nothing Actually Happened Other Than The Getting Full Message I Would Push The OK Button And Use As Usual.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: According To You Tube I Think You Have To Reset Code The Printer.

I Think I Will Use As Is. Better I Apply $39 Dollars Toward A New Printer Of Some Brand. Thanks Anyway. I Thought It Was Just A Matter Of Coding. They Are Implying It Needs To Be Internally Repaired. Again Thanks Anyway. Everything Today Appears To Be A Throwaway. Just Like Todays Televisions. Thanks.
