Hello, I cannot seem to scan to my computer anymore
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: HL-L2380DW It is less than a year old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have not had to scan a document in quite some time so I'm not sure when it became an issue exactly we did recently update our password ***** our internet
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: my husband just connected his computer to the printer last night as well and now I have 3 laptop options when I go to scan but none of them are scanning to my PC
