Our wifi router came unplugged and once power was restored

Customer Question

Hi Pearl, our wifi router came unplugged and once power was restored our Brother MFC-9340CDW won't communicate any longer. When we try to print it says was working fine prior to the power loss
JA: How are you connecting to your mfc-9340cdw: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: Wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: Its brand new, maybe last week? Just installed
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no that should do it

One good thing to do after you lose the wifi connection, is to unplug the power to the printer, plug it back in, and turn it on. Doing this, will force the printer to reconnect to the wireless signal.

After doing that and waiting a few minutes, are you able to make prints?

Thank you,
