Did you try cleaning Print Head Nozzles?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Pretty sure I tried it already, but I'm doing it again now.

Ok. I am preparing a document with step by step instruction with screen shots . Please try that as well .

Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 month ago.

Did you try the steps mentioned in attached document ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I'm trying to print nozzle cleaning multiple times.
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 month ago.

Did you clean print head as well ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
it looked like there was the option to do a Print Head Cleaning and then a Nozzle Check. The last time I did it, I got an error message telling me I needed to turn the printer off and on again. It was Error Code 0X97
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 month ago.
  1. Turn off your printer
  2. Unplug all cables
  3. Wait for 5 minutes
  4. Press and hold the power button for 60+ seconds (DO NOT release it)
  5. When the 60+ seconds have gone, plug in the power cable while keeping the power button pressed
  6. Hold the power button pressed for another 60+ seconds (after plugging in the power cable)
  7. Release the power button after 60 seconds of plug in

Now check if the error code is still shown on the printer.

Doing it now. The error message has happened before. It happened a couple of days ago.
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 month ago.

Okay !!

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
OK, finished that. No error code. The error code came up when I was doing the Print Head Cleaning.
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 month ago.

Now, please try printing and see if your problem is resolved.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
When I tried printing, I got the same error code.
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 1 month ago.

I think you need to try this to bypass this error message :-

1. Check printer interior for jammed paper or debris; remove it
2. Remove all printing cartridges
3. Disconnect the power and the USB cables
4. Only then press the power button as if you wanted to switch power on. Residual currents will discharge.
5. Reconnect all cables an turn power on.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I think I need to try that in the morning. Thank you for your help!
