Hi Pearl, I have an Epson XP-400 and I cannot get it to connect to my computer (I've had it for years and for some reason it has just stopped connecting). I've tried manually re-setting it up, turning it off and on, turning my computer off and on. Nothing seems to work. I hope you can help.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: The printer is 4 years old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac. OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It happens now and again. But recently, it's just been this morning.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: Probably, but I can't think what. I have a cable modem.
