It has a message to replace the drum. I replaced the drum and the message is still there and it wont print or fax or anything
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Brother 7860DW serial number U62702B2N624276
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It gave the message last week. I changed the drum. I turned the machine off and back on. I took the drum out and put it back in. Still have message
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?

Open the lid as if you are going to replace the drum again

While the lid is open, press the Clear option to reset the drum counter

You should see a message stating to confirm that you are installing a drum, please press 1 or use the up arrow.

The LCD should show that it was Accepted
