HI I am receiving a low memory message
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: it is hp designjet 1050c plus
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: It is a PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it started yesterday. I was not in the office. My boss was printing, so I am not sure
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: I can't think of anything. I just want to see if maybe somehow clearing the memory off of the printer might help I really don't need the printer to store anything

You can upgrade the memory in your plotter but that would require buying the memory to install

K. None of this helped me. The memory link that you sent does not work with our printer according to the supply company I just called. I would like to not be charged for this please. I appreciate your time, but I did not get help from this today.

Which company did you call?

The link that I have provided to you is for your plotter so there is no reason that it will not work.

It was Plotter supply. I guess they are experts on this machine. He said since it is such an old model, this memory will not work.

That is not true at all -- The memory will work on the designed plotter regardless of the age.

The same way that memory for a computer will work on a 10 year old computer as long as it was designed for it.
