Did clean nozzle and cleaning. Printing is getting worse. Missing segments and it's deteriorating.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: ET-2550 and less than a year old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Windows 10. It works fine on my Mac at home. I'm at work. Brought it here to test on our POS software. Installed driver on Windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Also only printing yellow and faded black. Started since I brought it here this morning. I kept it level while transporting.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: Nozzle check test print has gone from not good to almost not there

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
