We can't insert catridges into printer because the holder is staying to the right and is blocked. Model C531B Epsom WF-2760

Customer: Brand new. Model C531B Ep0som WF-2760
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC

Customer: We opened the box. It's a brand new printer.

With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back.

Wait 2 minutes

Plug back in the power cord and power it on

Try to start the setup again

Tried removing cord and waiting 2 minutes and restarting but no luck.

Press the Home button then Setup (looks like tools) then Maintenance then Ink Cartridge replacement then press the Color button

Open the lid and see if the carriage moves to the middle now
