I just replaced the toners and it wont do a test print
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: It's several years old. 2010 maybe? Samsung clp 310N
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc but I'm not actually trying to print from the computer yet. I'm just trying to do the test print
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I replaced the toners.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
