My printers are fine but I keep getting the following

My printers are fine but I keep getting the following message whenever I scan my computer. "could not update the system reserved partition". I called my virus protection software and ATT and they say it is a HP problem. I have a Compac CQ5210F using Windows 10.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: About 6 years old. Product 54AA0#ABA Serial MXX93908LC
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 2 or 3 weeks
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: I went to Staples Tech and they said it was trying to back up the Reserve drive
