JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is brand new Brother HL-L2360DW
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have just installed the printer and just got it to print.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: I don't know of anything. I thought this model printed, scanned and copied. If it doesn't I have the wrong printer.

No, that unit that you have is just a simple black only laser printer. It is a printer only and lacks any other functionality. It cannot copy/print/scan.

If that is what you need, I'd be happy to recommend a suitable model for you and you could return/exchange the one you purchased.
