Customer: HP Envy5412 one year
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC home computer
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I switched to Verizon wireless and didn't like it so I went back to Comcast wireless internet
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?

Put it in the computer and run the installation from it, during it you are asked to connect it to the wifi network, do this and it should then print.

It is the internal wifi adapter that has faulted, this now confirms it
