I cannot get the printer off presets. At present it is on

I cannot get the printer off presets. At present it is on Balck and white , however for this job I want colour. I have an envy 4524
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Envy 4524, brand new
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac, latest system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been happening virtually since I bought it but has not bothered me till now
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: JUst that I have grey hair

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

When you go to print, you will see on the computer the print properties.

Click on this and ensure Black and White or Greyscale is not selected
