I am wayne. i purchased a brother tone for my brother

hi I am wayne.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: i purchased a brother tone for my brother printer.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: i have a Lenovo & windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i have replace the toner before with out a problem . this time when i install the toner cartridge the message on my lap top is error toner ink low. that is the same message i received prior to installing the new toner cartridge. i took out the cartridge and re-installed it - same message.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
