How is your printer connected: usb, ethernet, or wireless?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I think it must be wireless, when I try to scan it comes up with a USB option
Expert:  Joel Kalman replied 5 months ago.

It is common for wireless connections to be intact for printing but lost for scanning. The remedy is to uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers.
