Have an MX392 - a couple of years old. Got an error message

Have an MX392 - a couple of years old. Got an error message that ink was running low, even though I had changed cartridges quite recently. Replace with new one does not "dissolve" error message. Quite frustrating! Hope you can help. Have truned prinyed on and off a few times.
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: Canon MX 392. Cartridge is LD
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC; Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Only today and all working fine as recently as earlier this afternoon.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
