The power went out while the printer was beginning to print (no pages...just initial first step),,Now the printer is stuck on "error"...Did a troubleshoot online but no issues (re;paper stuck..cartridge problem etc) was indicated
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: HL2240D probably 3 years old (bought used on Ebay)
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC..Internet explorer
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: The power went out 10 minutes ago...then when the fuse was fixed/power on.. the printer remained in "error" mode
