Customer Question

I'm having difficulty accessing and printing documents.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Sorry. I got cut off. It's an HP Notebook and I purchased it just this past week. It appears I picked up a virus.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It began just this morning. I tried the CC leaner to erased extraneous software and habve changed my password. There still seems to be a blockage.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Am not sure. Will answer his or her questions.

Hi there and welcome

Can you tell me please what happens when you try to print? What error do you receive?

Please let me know

I have already established a three year Geeksquad account so should not be establishing a new one.

if you can remotely connect to my device, that will be fine. There should be no additional payment.

It looks like there's been a misunderstanding because I thought you were Geeksquad, with whom I have a newly established contract.
