Just changed ink and it keeps telling me problem with ink

just changed ink and it keeps telling me problem with ink system or printer turned printer off and turned back on ink system failure
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer?
Customer: hp office jet 6600
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: dell
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: out of color ink so I changed
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: not that I know of

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
