er will not print all the information. The colour is bluish. Have done all the utilities to no avail
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Epsom XP 410 C462K
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac latest os ?Picture of mountains
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Ran out of ink and replaced it and all colours are full
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: It is hardwired but occasionally says it is not connected. If I reboot it is then connected

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
