Customer Question

Will a new Canon Image Class, LBP151DW be compatible with an iMac, running Sierra, OS 10.12.4?
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It new, I'm thinking of buying it to solve my printer problems?
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: iMac, Sierra, OS 10.12.4.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have two wonderful printers, an Epson Stylus Photo R1800, and a Canon Image Class LBP 6000 - but neither of thing will work with my computer. So I am thinking of buying a 3rd printer, but I want to ensure it will work with my Mac.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: Nope.
