I have a mg2520 cannon printer. Worked just fine until I upgraded to windows 10. Now it doesnt
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 't work at all. It hasn't worked since the upgrade
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: OptiPlex 780. windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Did you not read my question. My printer worked great. perfect pics. everything was just great. Did the windows 10 upgrade. now nothing but printer error.
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: I just need to know if this printer is compatable for windows 10?

I see there is no firmware available.
