I am trying to set up my new printer - WF-3620/40...land I have reached an unsuccessful point. I need help.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: The model is WF-3640 and it is brand new
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - Windows 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just bought printer - I got as far as hooking to WiFi

Were you able to connect the printer to Wi-Fi successfully? Or was there any error or message?
Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?
