I need to change the WiFi password on my HP office Jet 4630.

Customer Question

I need to change the WiFi password ***** my HP office Jet 4630.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your OfficeJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Maybe 3 years old. It is an all in one.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC laptop
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I don't know what caused it, but it has beenb down for about 2 weeks I think. I had a Gateway WiFi installed by ATT a couple months ago and have problems ever since. I get one thing fixed and something else goes out. Very frustrating.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything. Trying to beat the tax deadline.
