I have a new lap top and my Epson workforce 645 only

I have a new lap top and my Epson workforce 645 only recognizes y old laptop and is recognizing my new laptop.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 3 years old Workfce 645
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Dell Latitude 3570
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I don't scan very often but it's been an issue since I replaced my old laptop over a year ago The print function works just fine
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

You will need to download and install the FULL featured software program (which includes the fax utility) onto your Dell Latitude.
