I have bought a new used computer. It has windows 7 op

Customer Question

I have bought a new used computer. It has windows 7 op system. We had a HP 8610 all in one attached to it. We cannot communicate with it now. I'm on another computer, the other does not have secure internet connection. How do I get a driver for it?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Hp 2410 Photo Smart. I just found my note. The computer is a Dell optiplex 710 desktop celeron 2.60 hg 4gb ram 250gb hdd . It 'sees' the printer, just can't talk to it.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 7. it has Microsoft office 7 on it too.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Never could get it to talk to printer, wanted 'a disk'.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, but I do have a contract with hp that expires very soon.

I called, I 'chatted' (no answer in a long time, so I disconnected). Then I found on the HP website "Driver update". I will try that. I want my money back. I paid $23.00 for lots and lots of frustration and no help. Melanie
