My epson WF2630 is only new but the following is happening When I print some of the lines do not print clearly. I cannot scan - what are the drivers etc. do I need?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: My epson is about 3 months old. It is an Workforce WF-2630.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Microsoft
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This has been going on for a few weeks. Nothing happened prior.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

have you tried re-installing the drivers from the original Epson CD or from the Epson website?

you can go to Epson website: https://epson.com/Support/Printers/All-In-Ones/WorkForce-Series/Epson-WorkForce-WF-2650/s/SPT_C11CD77201

click on Drivers and Utilities Combo Package,

download and install it. there will be scan utility included.

OR, if you'd like I can remote into your computer and do it all right on your screen.

after you install the software it is a good idea to restart
