My wf-100 will not print Word or PDF documents.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

It an Epson WF-100 about (2) years old

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

MacBook Air

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

It was working fine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

It was working great. I have not used it for a couple months. Tried using it today and it is not working. I changed the ink and updated the driver but stil a problem. It dos print graphics though.

If you try to print some graphics that are black only (or just in black/gray only mode) how do those come out?

the colour graphics come out not bad.
the black/gray are low res.
