LaserJet Pro MFP M225 that has to be restarted most times that it has been idle for more than a few minutes

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your LaserJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Age about 6 months - MATTRESS FIRM Conversion end of 10/17

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Going on for months - my IT dept has suggested several fixes that have not worked. Second machine at separate computer sales desk works perfectly

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Yup. I am incredibly frustrated and not very tech savvy
