JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: ET2550; brand new
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC; Windows 10, not connected to computer yet, brand new setup
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: brand new setup, filled tank with wrong ink!

This is a difficult situation to address because the wrong ink gets pushed through the lines,

what you'll need to do get a syringe and try to suck as much of the ink out as possible from that tank (you can reuse it, as long as it isn't mixed with another color),

get as much as you can, then pour some rubbing alcohol into the tank to dilute what is left and keep sucking that out, flushing and cleaning until it is clear. Then replace the inks in the proper slots and start up again.
