My recently purchased Deskjet 3632. Doesn't print at all or prints only one page of my document. I tried in wireless mode and with connector cable plugged into USB port. I am very frustrated!!!
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Deskjet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: About 2 months old. I was sweet-talked into exchanging my old Deskjet3000 for this one because it has "triple functions."
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: MS Surface Pro operating on Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Of and on for 3-4 weeks.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
