I have faxed in the past, but it seems to just try and dial a number, and keeps going and going and nothing happening.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: its 4 years old and has been working fine
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Not sure if I have the menu set correctly. MFC J435W
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I just trying to fax some papers. I've checked a 2nd number to make sure I had a right number, also called to make sure. Issue just yesterday. Can you walk e through the menu settings
