Customer Question

Kodak ESP 5210 all in one printer. Hasn't been used in maybe 2 yrs. I bought new Kodak ink, I've re-calibrated, cleaned printer head several times. Seems to work fine, but doesn't print. I'm trying to use this as a free standing--not connected to a computer.

I'm thinking it will need a new print head, but want another opinion before I buy one.

If the printer has not been used in 2 years then it is very likely that there is a blockage deep inside the print head.

It would take several attempts at flushing out the print head with an alcohol solution to help shift this, and even then the results may not be perfect.

Therefore, after 2 years of no use I would definitely recommend replacing the print head.
