Customer Question

I have a canon mg2920. It says that it's offline. How can I get it back online
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It's less than one year old. It's a Canon Mg2920.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC. Windows . I have to see if it's Vista
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This happened about 1 month ago; when I clicked on Outlook, I was told that I needed to renew my Microsoft subscription. I did so, and then soon after, I could not get anything to print. I downloaded a "Driver Update Program" thinking that my computer might need to have the driver updated, and that this was the solution. Yes, I'm an idiot, and definitely not tech-savvy.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can't think of anything else. I jut wish that I could print, dammit. I couldn't take care of this a month ago, because I had to have surgery.
