it won't print ,,,,,wish I could talk to a person on the phone from canon
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: no put I did get anew tablet and computer
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: i believe it is a pc and i am on window 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it came on and said i was offline
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no ....do i need the printer in front of me or do i need to hook up somehow

when we set it up last year i had to use a samsong tablet
now i have a new tablet (ASUS) and got a new computer (Acer)
