this is the 3rd time i have tried to get help in the last 20min. I don't understand what you want from me. I have put in my visa number and password ***** times
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: 1 yr mx922
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: what do u mean operationg system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it ran out of black ink...i put in a new black ink
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: are u going to ask for my visa number again>?
JA: No. I'm the Printer Technician's Assistant.
Customer: i want to know how to get the black ink cartrige out they will just ask for my visa number again

there is a little locking clip in front of the cartridge that you have to push in

then the cartridge pulls up and out.
