I recently lost my internet so i called centurylink.direct

i recently lost my internet so i called centurylink.direct tv to fix it. they did get internet back but now my wireless printer does not respond. i called them but i am not very computer savy so i am lost. my printer is model hp photosmart 5520.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: the product no. is cx042a-64001.serial no.cn26r1g2fl.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: my computer is a hp g60-549dx notebook with windows 7 which has been updated.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was not an issue until centurylink fixed my internet about a week ago.
