Customer Question

I have a 711W printer and it's currently leaving a line of tiny blue dots on everything I print.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I've tried cleaning the cyan ink cartridge but still see the blue dots.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc with windows vista
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I haven't used the printer in a while and I just noticed on everything I printed.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I guess I'm wondering if there is a way to run a cleaning page for that printer.

Thanks for the picture. You'll need to replace the CYAN cartridge with a new genuine OKI cartridge, as it appears damaged.
