Hello and I wish you a full 2017 happy yea. I have a MF 4150 with a paper jam that I cannot see from either the top (where he cartridge is loaded) or the back paper delivery can you provide me with a maintenan ce picture showing me the best way to access the internal roller.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 8.1 and I am trying to find the paper path (paper jam) and it has nothing to do with the computer conversation, please.
