We have a Epson XP-430 printer the ink cartage needed to be changed out we changed it out now our printer mode says ink out error retry set i/c when we try to reset i/c it wont work
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Its about 3 months old it has expression home on the front
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc windows 10 wireless wifi
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: for about a day ever sinse we changed the i/c out
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Have you tried removing the cartridge and insert it back in or does it not allow you to do that?
