Hello!

Thank you for your question. I am Shefin and I look forward to helping you with your issue today.

1. Touch the Wireless button on the product control panel, and then touch Wireless Setup Wizard. The Wireless Setup Wizard searches for networks, and then displays them in a list.

2. On the list of available networks, touch the network name (SSID) corresponding to your network.

3. If prompted, enter the WEP or WPA key using the on-screen keyboard, and then touch Done.

note:

Make sure that you enter the uppercase (capital) and lowercase (small) letters exactly. Otherwise, the wireless connection fails.

Make sure the product successfully connects to the network before continuing to the next step. The product prints a Wireless Network Test Report to confirm a successful connection.

note:

If a connection error message displays, make sure that the network name and security key are correct, and then follow the prompts to enter the information again.

After setting up wireless on the printer, restart the computer and try printing.

If the issue persists, or you have any questions, please be back and let me know.
