i have a Epson Xp-235 and about two weeks ago there was a push for a firm ware updaye update i said ok and then it said to turn you printer off. i did and now it won't go on. The wifi lights (green and red) are lit and there are two red lights under the far right hand button. What should i try to bring it back to lifr. I do have the instalation disc
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: XP-235 Expression Home XO-235 XP-235 - cant type
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC - OS-10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it was fine. I did a scan and then emailed it I then got a notification from Epson about an update and I said OK. It was right before XMAS - maybe Dec 24
