Hi, I'm Robert and I'll be helping you with your printer question.

Expert:  Robert M. replied 7 months ago.

the bottom tray may only be for plain paper.

i can look it up and confirm that for you but i think that is why they have 2 trays in that printer.

I want to use the top tray with my own response cards
Expert:  Robert M. replied 7 months ago.

and what problem are you running into when you try that ?

what you want to do is set that tray to custom type paper with those dimensions on the printer menu

then select custom paper from the print options on the computer when you go to print

the printer should the auto select that tray.

I can log in remotely and work on it with you if you are willing to pay a little bit more.
