Bought a refurbished 6200 Pro-Tower and I get an error

bought a refurbished 6200 Pro-Tower and I get an error stating there is some the front panel sound and it has taking over 15 minutes to boot, It still hasn't booted it keeps running DHCP.

Customer: Canon Inkjet PIXMA iP3000 and a Samsung I don't recall the model number
